Essential Responsibilities:
Creates and maintains a sterile field. Monitors sterile technique (Surgical Conscience) in all areas of practice. Utilizes equipment, instruments, and supplies for more complex procedures in the services.

Anticipates needs of surgical team and is able to assist surgeon in holding retractors, sponging and suctioning of operative site, as well as cutting sutures and draping of surgical patient.

Accountable for supplies, equipment and environmental support in a cost-effective manner. Drapes all equipment in a sterile fashion. Identifies specimens for processing by circulating nurse. Assists surgical team with the counting of instruments, sharps, and sponges. Cleans and prepares instruments for sterilization. Removes soiled instruments and equipment.

Safeguards the privacy of patients. Maintains confidentiality relating to patients. Aware of patient's rights as well as legal, moral, and ethical implications of actions.

Maintains stock in operating room supply carts and specialty cart(s) in resource area in coordination with Clinical Resource Nurse. Recognizes, reports problems related to kits or equipment and assists in developing corrective action plan. Contributes to cleanliness and order of the unit. Assists in returning kits and supplies to proper areas within the unit.

Required Qualifications:

High School diploma or GED required.

Certificate 1 Cert Surg Tech (CST) required., and Certificate 2 Basic Life Support required.

1-3 years related work experience required.

Graduate of an accredited education program for surgical technologists or has completed a training program for surgical technologists in the United States Military or Public Health Service.

Holds and maintains a certified surgical technologist credential administered by a nationally recognized surgical technologist credentialing body accredited by the National commission of Certifying Agencies and recognized by the American College of Surgeons and the Association of Surgical Technologists.

Job Overview
 
This position is to provide organ screening support for Paragonix transplant partners. Coordinators will screen, manage, and present donor offers from the OPTN provider to the appropriately designated physician or their designee per OPTN guidelines, and with adherence to all Paragonix/ Transplant Advocate policies and protocols. Coordinators will also take part in hospital EMR documentation as well as interact with recipient patients as prescribed in the designated protocol.
 
Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties
 
Responsible for screening offers from the OPTN contractor in accordance with transplant center criteria and OPTN policy within their designated assignment.
 Maintaining necessary training and credentials for hospital, Paragonix, and OPTN computer systems.
 Excellent customer service and communication skills with both internal and external staff including relaying clear, concise, and pertinent clinical information.
 Responsible for being reachable within 5 minutes by telephone during their 24-hour call shift. Expert knowledge on usability of all Paragonix devices
 Responsible for working in collaboration with the rest of the team to train and evaluate new members.

 Appropriate pre and post transplant documentation within hospital EMR and the OPTN contractor computer system.

THE ROLE
The Product Marketing - Senior Strategist develops strategies to support the marketing of MFS institutional investment capabilities across asset classes, investment strategies, and investment vehicles. This individual must have a deep understanding of capital markets, institutional investor needs, portfolio construction considerations, and MFS investment positioning.
The Senior Strategist is responsible for developing and maintaining MFS investment product selling systems, including the development of compelling messaging and collateral to support campaign activities to support the business. These campaigns will build awareness and promote engagement and consideration for the firm&rsquo;s capabilities in partnership with channel marketing. Additionally, the Product Marketing - Senior Strategist collaborates closely with the Global sales enablement teams, Sales Leadership, Marketing peers, and the Global Product specialists to formulate the market positioning, content development, and measurement.
Furthermore, this role produces and disseminates sophisticated institutional-investor-focused content and thought leadership that translates market trends, investment insights, and portfolio challenges into compelling investment opportunities. The Senior Strategist will also serve as the subject matter expert for integrated marketing materials that position and differentiate MFS with institutional audiences, including corporate and public pensions, insurers, sovereign wealth funds, endowments, foundations, consultants, family offices, and outsourced CIOs.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
<ul><li>Implement the Product Marketing Strategy for MFS&rsquo; Investment Products &ndash; Accountable for developing the institutional product marketing plan and framing MFS investment capability positioning across institutional client segments, leveraging market insights, client needs, and competitive differentiation. Additionally, work with the Sales leaders, Enablement teams, Client strategists, and the Global Product specialists to prioritize and determine the strategy.
</li><li>Develop and maintain institutional investment capability positioning and sales enablement systems for assigned strategies, translating portfolio offerings, market opportunities, investment themes, and allocator challenges into compelling messaging, sales narratives, and content frameworks. Collaborates with internal stakeholders to define and develop investment product content working with Global Enablement.
</li><li>Manage product launches &ndash; Solicit input from key stakeholders within sales, investments and channel marketing to build the necessary content that will drive development of the marketing collateral, and promotions. Develop thought leadership, strategic content, and promotional campaigns that connect macroeconomic trends, market developments, and asset allocation challenges to MFS investment solutions and capabilities.
</li><li>Align activity with Strategic Initiatives and GTM plans &ndash; Develop a plan underpinned by MFS strategic initiatives to support strategic firm goals.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience and 8-12+ years of total relevant work experience.
</li><li>Deep investment product marketing experience focused on institutional investors. Strong knowledge of institutional asset classes, investment strategies, and investment vehicles including separate accounts, pooled funds, CITs, mutual funds, ETFs, and private market structures where applicable.
</li><li>Thorough understanding of institutional client types, investment decision-making processes, portfolio construction frameworks, consultant influence models, and asset allocation considerations. Proven experience translating institutional client challenges and market conditions into differentiated marketing, positioning, and sales enablement strategies.
</li><li>Demonstrated ability to synthesize market events, investment research, and portfolio insights into compelling thought leadership, sales narratives, and promotional content designed for institutional investment audiences.
</li><li>Strong understanding of the role investment strategies and vehicles play within institutional portfolios, including their use cases, benefits, risks, and allocation considerations.
</li><li>Excellent influencing skills as this position primarily integrates and aligns the priorities, needs and requirements of the broader Enablement &amp; Marketing organization, that optimize client experience; to influence increased adoption of MFS strategies resulting in increased sales, net new flows, client engagements.

Base Salary Range: $123,000.00 - $177,500.00This position is eligible for competitive incentive bonus.
