 An understanding of UHNWIs and HNWIs real estate requirements from a marketing perspective.
 </li>

 An understanding of and experience in the KSA and GCC luxury residential operating environments
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication skills, fluent in English speaking and writing.

 International real estate experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Residential Marketing expert able to create luxury residential marketing campaigns.
