<p></p><div><p>We are hiring an experienced HVAC Technician to support our Water Feature department. HVAC Technician will be responsible for variety of tasks including operation and maintenance of swimming pool&lsquo;s Chiller/Heat pump/Heating and cooling Unit/ HVAC.</p>
<ul><li> Repair or replace defective parts in units including Compressor, Filter Drier, Expansion valves, Thermostats, relays, filters, controls, belts heat exchangers, refrigerant leakage test, vacuum process, and refrigerant gas charging</li></ul>
<ul><li> Perform skilled electrical maintenance work in the repair, installation and alteration of HVAC equipment, components, timers, motors and wiring systems as needed and connect motors to control panels.
</li></ul><ul><li> Operate a variety of hand and power tools, welder torch and vacuum pump, Welding, and brazing techniques
</li></ul><ul><li> Install and calibrate systems; install copper tubing and repair pipes and tubing as necessary.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Install, rebuild, replace or repair fans, motors, thermostats, fuses, filters, bearings, valves, controls, gaskets and other equipment as necessary.</li></ul></div><p></p>
