We're looking for an Account Engagement Specialist (AES) for the Pakistan market. This role will enable millions of SMBs and professional businesses in Pakistan to get paid globally through Payoneer's fast, flexible, secure and cost‑efficient solutions. The AES drives proactive, playbook‑led, scaled customer engagement focused on adoption, early growth and light cross‑sell. This position operates in a mass‑engagement model supported by Ops, with additional outreach triggered by customer signals or inbound needs. This role reports to the Director of Customer Success for South Asia.

What you'll do

<li>Manage and grow existing client relationships in the B2B and ecommerce segments, helping build long‑term engagement with high‑value users.</li>

Who you are
