 Prepare drink orders for guests according to specified recipes using measuring systems. Issue, open, and serve wine/champagne bottles. Set up and maintain cleanliness and condition of bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools. Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks. Stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies. Transport supplies to bar set-up area. Wash soiled glassware. Remove soiled wares from bar top and tables and place in designated area. Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs. Process all payment methods. Count bank at end of shift, complete designated cashier reports, resolve any discrepancies, drop off receipts, and secure bank. Secure liquors, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas. Complete closing duties.
 
 
 Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; and complete safety training and certifications. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests&rsquo; service needs, and thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear and professional language. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards. Read and visually verify information in a variety of formats (e.g., small print). Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance. The Lounge Support Specialist is primarily responsible for performing the day-to-day lounge support tasks and may also support any of the following functional areas: community activities center (CAC), learning resource center, media center and theater which operate 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. Specific services provided include customer service, mixing drinks, basic cleaning in the lounge or other service facilities, basic facility &amp; equipment maintenance, conduction of special events, games, and other supporting activities as specified in the Performance Work Statement. The Lounge Support Specialist reports to the Recreational Services Manager and Lounge Operations Supervisor</div>
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Responsible for performing all duties required for the operation of installation services. Duties include, but are not limited to, customer service, lounge support, basic maintenance and cleaning, inventory, stocking, basic technical equipment assistance, event setup and break down, linen exchange, etc. as specified in the Performance Work Statement.</li><li>
Provides excellent customer service and performs related tasks in all functional areas of Recreational Services.</li><li>
Responsible for communicating and upholding company standards, leading by example, working as a team and providing clean, friendly and well maintained facilities.</li><li>
Perform a variety of services in support of lounge operations: sets and clears tables, wipes up spills, may sweep and mop floors, designated runner, replace soiled table linens, etc.</li><li>
Responsible for the maintenance and condition of the equipment in the facility; report issues to USN personnel for work order submission.</li><li>
Shall provide set up and breakdown of Government furnished equipment such as tables, chairs, music system, ice chests, stages, etc.</li><li>

Qualifications:

Must be capable of obtaining an Air Force flight line driver&rsquo;s license and capable of driving a manual transmission, CDLA and forklift experience preferred.</li><li>
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English fluently.</li><li>
Must be able to pass employment and deployment qualification requirements that include psychological, medical, dental, drug testing, background checks, etc.</li><li>

A minimum of one year of working in customer service with retail, hotel front desk operations and/or restaurant experience. Prior Air Force experience in Services career field preferred.</li><li>

Capable of operating audio and visual equipment.</li><li>
