Overview The Role The Commercial and Procurement Manager is to lead and oversee the commercial, contractual and procurement functions of the Development Department. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the financial and legal aspects of property development projects, ensuring that procurement, budgeting, and risk mitigation practices align with organizational goals and market standards.
