Role Mission
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the development of larger projects in North America. The Senior Project Manager (SPM) will work closely with the regional and worldwide store planning teams, Gucci and Kering departments, consultants, and contractors in the renovation of existing or development of new stores from project initiation to opening.
Responsibilities also include coordinating store layout improvements and rollouts consisting of store configurations or upgrades of existing stores. For each project, the SPM will oversee project budgets, schedules, and project design, as well as consult with departmental directors (Operations, Visual, etc.) and consulting teams to ensure the program requirements are incorporated into the project and critical timelines and project information are communicated.
The SPM will oversee the construction and completion of each location to ensure standards of quality are met in a timely and cost-effective manner. The SPM will also have strong budgeting and scheduling skills in assisting the Vice President, Store Planning &amp; Facilities, and cost controller in the overall department project planning.
Key Accountabilities

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $110,000 and $180,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.

In this role, you will lead implementation and ownership of the FRTB capital framework under both IMA and SA, support related requirements (e.g., SA CVA), and drive advanced analytics that inform regulatory submissions and senior management decision‑making. Job responsibilities<ul><li>
Lead end‑to‑end FRTB implementation across Internal Models Approach (IMA) and Standardized Approach (SA), partnering with Quantitative Research (QR), Market Risk Technology, Regulatory Capital Management, Model Risk, Product Control, Capital Risk &amp; Policy, and Business stakeholders.</li><li>
Design, develop, and own market risk capital analytics modules to support regulatory submissions, supervisory reviews, and senior management decisions.</li><li>
Run scenario analyses for proposed and evolving rules across desks, products, and legal entities, ensuring robustness, transparency, and auditability.</li><li>
Own and enhance capital calculation and attribution processes, documentation, controls, and governance.</li><li>
Translate regulatory and business requirements into scoped, prioritized deliverables; manage timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications.</li><li>

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills<ul><li>
Advanced degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, or related field; 3 or more years in Market Risk Capital, Market Risk Coverage, Valuation Control, or similar functions.</li><li>

Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem‑solving skills for complex challenges.</li><li>
