About the Role</p>

The Community Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and scale a high-quality community experience for thousands of experts across disciplines. You will be responsible for building systems, programs, and rituals that keep experts engaged&mdash;whether they are actively working on projects or waiting to be placed.</p>

Key Responsibilities</p>

<li>Build and manage mpathic&rsquo;s expert community, creating a welcoming, high-quality environment for discussion and collaboration.</li>
<li>Design and execute engagement programs that keep experts active, learning, and connected across the lifecycle (pre-project, active, and alumni).</li>
<li>Leverage our community platform (Docebo) to design and implement engagement loops, including incentives, recognition systems, and learning pathways.</li>
<li>Track and optimize key community metrics (engagement, retention, referrals, participation).</li>
<li>Continuously experiment with new formats and features to improve community health and activity.</li>

<p><b>Community Engagement</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Moderate community conversations to ensure they are thoughtful, productive, and aligned with mpathic&rsquo;s values.</li>
<li>Develop content, prompts, and programming (e.g., discussions, AMAs, learning threads) that drive meaningful participation.</li>
<li>Create systems that encourage referrals, peer-to-peer engagement, and organic community growth.</li>
<li>Identify and cultivate a group of expert evangelists to help lead conversations, onboard new members, and strengthen community culture.</li>
<li>Build strong relationships with top contributors and surface their insights back to internal teams.</li>
<li>Work with Marketing team to plan in-person events for expert engagement and recruitment.</li>

<li>Partner with Operations, Product and Research teams to ensure the community reflects current priorities and opportunities.</li>

Requirements</p>
