Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage the full lifecycle of high-rise construction projects • Oversee site operations, contractors, and consultants to ensure quality and timely delivery • Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources • Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and best practices • Drive coordination between stakeholders to resolve technical and construction challenges • Provide regular progress updates to senior management

<li>Proven experience managing high-rise/tower construction projects • Strong “hands-on” construction background (main contractor or similar) • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills • Familiarity with the Saudi market and regulations is a plus</li>
