Scan public and proprietary data sources for operating metrics in select North American oil and gas basins to be used for M&amp;A valuation purposes</li><li>
Provide modeling and strategic support to NonOp team to aide in strategy formation and deal evaluation</li><li>
Work closely with Marketing/Midstream teams to assess opportunities to build out key development infrastructure and analyze marketing contracts</li><li>
Support New Ventures and Business Transformation teams within the company by providing analysis on strategic initiatives and helping the groups understand and align to the company&rsquo;s corporate objectives</li><li>
Effectively build presentations and communicate financial information to senior level executives</li><li>
Ability to think strategically about implications of allocating capital across different business units with a focus on maximizing the value of the company</li></ul><div></div><div>

Minimum Qualifications</div><ul><li>
Bachelor's Degree in finance, business, or related field</li><li>
2 years investment banking or 5 years of finance preferably in oil and gas</li><li>
Ability to build and maintain complex financial models and manage large amounts of data</li><li>
Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with all levels of the organization along with external advisors</li><li>
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage time-sensitive tasks</li><li>
Excellent writing, analytical and presentation skills</li><li>
Expert MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word user</li><li>
Ability to take ownership of new tasks and problems and solve them with precision and thoughtfulness</li><li>
Team player with intellectual curiosity, a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, an innovative bent, and persistent attention to detail</li><li>
