 will primarily focus on the following areas; however, the scope of responsibilities may evolve depending on the region&rsquo;s business needs and Atos&rsquo; strategic orientation regarding business operations.
 
 
 In this role as Senior Legal Counsel, you will work in a function that engages closely with the business. You will be responsible for providing constructive, professional, and business-focused legal advice and guidance to the business and management. Your responsibilities will include applying commercial, company, and competition laws, as well as IP, public procurement regulations, data protection, compliance, litigation management, and special projects.
 
 
 
 Your role
 
 
 
 Main activities will consist of

 Acting as the sole lawyer for Turkey, handling all legal matters related to operations in the country.
 </li>
 <li>
 Contributing to business delivery by working with senior-level stakeholders through active engagement in legal matters.
 </li>
 <li>
 Taking a primary role in structuring, reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a wide variety of complex commercial and procurement-related contracts, with an emphasis on IT, outsourcing agreements, teaming agreements, software licences, etc.

 <li>
 Advising on business tender processes, public procurement regulations, and data protection law.
 </li>
 <li>
 Providing general legal advice to the business.
 </li>
 <li>
 Taking a primary role in managing Turkey&rsquo;s corporate governance and assisting the General Counsel with corporate governance matters as necessary.

 Proactively ensuring that Atos&rsquo; activities comply with applicable laws and that company strategies, policies, and programmes are applied.
