This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative expertise while contributing to a vibrant team environment.</p><p><b>Duties</b></p><ul><li>answer inquiries, and direct calls efficiently using proper phone etiquette</li><li>Perform data entry tasks using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks for accurate record-keeping</li><li>Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval of documents</li><li>Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments or meetings for staff members</li><li>Support office management activities such as supply inventory, order processing, and basic bookkeeping</li><li>Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally in person or via phone or email</li></ul><p><b>Skills</b></p><ul><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications</li><li>Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software for bookkeeping tasks</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus</li><li>Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette standards</li><li>Proven clerical experience including data entry, proofreading, filing, and document management</li><li>Ability to handle customer support scenarios with professionalism and patience</li><li>Knowledge of office management principles along with strong time management skills</li><li>Personal assistant experience or calendar management skills are highly valued</li></ul><p>Join us as an Office Assistant and become a vital part of our team!
