 ILIA Beauty is looking for Associate Social Content Producer who will own the production and execution of social-first content across the brand&rsquo;s digital channels, bringing campaigns, launches, partnerships, and always-on storytelling to life. This role manages creator relationships end-to-end&mdash;including sourcing, briefing, contracting, and content approvals&mdash;while collaborating with photographers, videographers, and influencers to produce high-quality assets. What You&rsquo;ll Do</h2><ul><li>
Lead the development of brand identities from concept through execution &mdash; including logos, typography, color systems, and full brand guidelines</li><li>
Design and launch websites (Webflow/Figma) that translate brand strategy into digital experiences</li><li>
Present and communicate work directly to clients, helping them make confident creative decisions</li><li>
Balance multiple design explorations with high-level craft and detail</li><li>
Partner with creative directors, strategists, and PMs to ensure design outcomes align with client goals</li><li>

2-4 years of experience in brand design (agency or studio preferred)</li><li>
A strong portfolio that showcases:<ul><li>
Brand identities created from scratch (not just refreshes or marketing visuals)</li><li>
Website design that feels modern, clean, and built for tech/startup audiences</li></ul></li><li>
Confidence in client communication &mdash; you can present work, explain rationale, and guide non-designers through decisions</li><li>
Strong grasp of typography, layout, and composition with a modern, tech-forward aesthetic</li><li>
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite</li><li>
