Position Summary

Defense Holdings, Inc. (DHi) is seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to manage procurement, logistics, and vendor relations in support of engineering and manufacturing operations.
<br><br>
The ideal candidate will ensure that materials, products, and resources are delivered on time, within budget, and compliant with company and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
<br><br>
Procurement & Vendor Management
<br><br>
Coordinate purchasing of materials, products, and services.
<br>Maintain vendor relationships and track supplier performance.
<br>Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers as needed.
<br><br>
Inventory & Logistics Coordination
<br><br>
Monitor inventory levels and reorder points.
<br>Track shipments, deliveries, and product availability.
<br>Ensure accurate records for materials, orders, and inventory.
<br><br>
Compliance & Documentation
<br><br>
Maintain procurement records and supporting documentation.
<br>Ensure compliance with company policies and federal regulations.
<br>Support internal and external audits as required.
<br><br>
Cross-Functional Collaboration
<br><br>
Work closely with operations, engineering, and finance teams to support project needs.
<br>Assist with supply chain process improvements and efficiency initiatives.
<br><br>
Required Qualifications
<br><br>
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
<br>3–5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations coordination.
<br>Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
<br>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management systems.
<br><br>
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or defense contracting environments.
<br>Familiarity with procurement regulations and compliance requirements.
