Manage the implementation of the Digital Marketing plan and assist with other aspects of the<br/>Traditional Marketing plan to meet the needs of the Foundation, including all printed materials,<br/>Cenikor website, social media sources and any other identified marketing sources.<br/>2. Maintain and update Foundation marketing materials and sources, ensuring consistent branding and<br/>effective pricing.<br/>3. Utilize internal resources and manage external vendors to develop marketing materials with<br/>consistent design and messaging across all facilities.<br/>4. Drive development of new website build(s), and manage website content and update at least monthly,<br/>but as needed or requested.<br/>5. Manage the process for the Foundation's quarterly external newsletter and monthly employee newsletter.<br/>employee newsletter.<br/>6. Lead the annual efforts regarding the development of Cenikor's annual report.<br/>7. Assist staff in representing the Foundation effectively throughout the community.<br/>8. Articulate the mission, vision, values and goals of the Cenikor Foundation through correspondence,<br/>presentations and other opportunities.<br/>9. Manage and track marketing costs in accordance with pre-approved marketing plans and budgets.<br/>10. Manage and track the acquisition and inventory of promotional items for internal and external use.<br/>11. Collaborate with corporate and facility leadership to develop Cenikor's social media strategy, including monthly social calendar and regular engagement across platforms.<br/>12. Uphold the core principles of Cenikor's culture and help create a positive working environment for<br/>all team members.<br/>13. Maintain strict confidentiality on all client and Foundation matters, referring questionable issues or<br/>activities to the President/CEO.<br/>14. Provide training and general supervision of the Marketing Intern, when applicable.<br/>15. Facilitate day to day relationships with vendors.<br/>16.
