  &middot; Collaborate on social media and public relations strategies to highlight member initiatives and events.
 </p>

  &middot; Provide inputs to the development of and periodic improvement of digital platforms utilized for the membership program, this includes and is not limited to, CRM, Company Website (Membership section), Membership app.
 </p>
 <p>
  &middot; Maintain accurate records of member interactions, event attendance, and program impact in the CRM system.
 </p>
 <p>
  &middot; Analyze membership data to identify trends and insights that can enhance member engagement.
 </p>
 <p>
  &middot; Generate regular reports on membership metrics to guide department strategies and assess program success.
 </p>
 <p>
  &middot; Perform any other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
 </p>

  Qualifications:
 </p>
 <p>
  &middot; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
 </p>
 <p>
  &middot; Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
 </p>

  &middot; 3-5 years of experience in relationship management, membership, or development, with a focus on member engagement; experience in event planning and execution, especially for high-profile or exclusive gatherings
 </p>
 <p>
  &middot; Proficiency in CRM systems and membership management software, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
 </p>
 <p>
  &middot; Strong interpersonal and communication skills and high emotional intelligence and discretion, with the ability to build trust and rapport with high-profile individuals.
 </p>
 <p>
  &middot; Require an understanding of HNWI communications.
 </p>
