We are looking for a Treasury Analyst II to support our Treasury function. This position reports to the Treasury Manager. The analyst will help REI succeed as a key member of the Treasury team. Responsibilities include overseeing the T&amp;E and commercial card program and managing daily cash functions. The analyst will also develop efficiencies, document processes, and work with stakeholders across the company. This role represents the Treasury Team as a subject matter expert. The analyst models and acts according to REI&rsquo;s values and mission.
Responsibilities:

Responsibilities
T&amp;E and Commercial Card<ul><li>
Functions as T&amp;E program administrator. Reviews and approves expense reports. Addresses employee access issues. Manages expense type updates. Maintains content of T&amp;E system intranet portal. Handles other related tasks.</li><li>
Responsible for recurring and ad hoc T&amp;E and Commercial Card reporting as directed by the Treasury Manager.</li><li>
Monitors user compliance with the REI T&amp;E Policy and is responsible for periodic compliance reports.</li><li>

The Teller role is also responsible for maintaining and enhancing client relationships through meaningful conversations that uncover client needs and identify opportunities to provide additional bank products and services.
<ul><li>Always performs teller transactions and cash handling functions for clients with accuracy and confidentiality. Examples include deposits, withdrawals, cash advances, payments, transfers, check cashing, balancing cash drawer, etc.
</li><li>Accurately performs and supports daily tasks that maintain the integrity of the branch. Examples include appropriate use of double custody in balancing the ATM, processing night drop deposits, balancing negotiable instruments, processing returned mail, balancing credit card machine, updating lobby rate sheets and brochures, etc.
</li><li>Mitigate risk by ensuring safekeeping of money in cash drawer and prompt accounting or transfer of funds.
</li><li>Interacts with external and internal clients, anticipates needs, and consistently provides proactive solutions and problem resolutions in alignment with the bank&rsquo;s Breakthrough Client Service Standards.
</li><li>Continuously deepens knowledge of Columbia Bank's product and service offerings and stays current on changes.
</li><li>Discuss and uncover customer&rsquo;s financial needs to identify and offer appropriate products and services.
</li><li>Supports referral goals for branch by focusing and identifying and referring basic bank products to the appropriate business partner.

About You:
<ul><li>High School Diploma or GED, required.
</li><li>1 year of previous banking or customer service experience, preferred.
</li><li>Bilingual preferred.
</li><li>Ability to learn and comply with all Bank policies, procedures, and systems.
</li><li>Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and accuracy with written numbers, words, and verbal and written instructions.
</li><li>Consistently demonstrates ability and willingness to build relationships with clients and other bank associates.

The pay range for this role is $21.30 - $24.00.
The pay rate for the selected candidate is dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location. The role may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, and those details will be provided during the recruitment process.
