Video Interview (9 - 15 June): </b>You will complete a video interview consisting of 3 short questions about your motivation and abilities</li><li><b>
Face-to-Face Assessment (6 - 17 July):</b> You will be invited to a face-to-face assessment at PepsiCo Headquarters where you will experience analyzing a business case in a group discussion</li><li><b>
Interview (23 - 29 July): </b>You will have a chance to share more about yourself in a meeting with your future line manager.</li><li><b>

Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Prepare for customer engagements by aligning with sales targets, new account acquisition goals, renewals, current priorities, and other key business initiatives.</li><li>
Maintain regular and timely communication with customers in line with PepsiCo standards and daily communication plans.</li><li>
Analyze customer sales reports in detail to identify growth opportunities, improve operational efficiency, and contribute to profitability across assigned accounts.</li><li>
Support business growth by evaluating sales performance trends and recommending actions to enhance customer development and market presence.</li><li>
Ensure the proper use, protection, and management of assigned products, valuable documents, vehicles, and devices in accordance with legal and company procedures.</li><li>
Build strong customer relationships through proactive follow-up, effective coordination, and consistent execution of commercial objectives.</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>Fresh graduates or professionals with a maximum 1 year of working experience (Note that you can apply if you will graduate before August 2026)</li><li>
Fluent in both English and Turkish</li><li>
Agile approach to work in a dynamic environment</li><li>
Strong collaboration and communication skills</li><li>
