<p>
The Electrical Engineering Manager will be responsible for providing overall technical support, as well as ensuring that the engineering team meets the needs of the programs and projects they support. Additional responsibilities include supporting program management by monitoring program performance, mentoring and serving as a technical resource for SAIC engineering team, and creating, improving, and championing mission engineering practices. This position will be involved with program schedule and budget planning to ensure compliance with SAIC earned value management processes, support training of SAIC team, and ensure that system requirements are being met.</p>

Job Duties:</b></p>

<li>Lead MK 710 electronics integration into EDM1 and PRP systems. Work with electronic designers to stage cable routing in EDM1 and PRP systems.</li>
<li>Help create MK 710 system level signal management plan using custom and/or enterprise tools for automated design assessment based on system requirements (I.e., automated check for short or ground loops, design audit).</li>
<li>Create and manage automated generation of one-line system drawings using custom and/or enterprise tools based on system configuration.</li>
<li>Manage EE integration of HW and capability bring up on EDM1 and PRP with primary focus on cabling routing/interconnection management (i.e. automated and manual switching assemblies).</li>
<li>Provide technical knowledge on cable design/development for MK 710 PRP design.</li>

Echopath is looking for a Tier 3 Service Engineer to act as the highest technical escalation point within our Service Operations team. In this role, you&rsquo;ll take ownership of the most complex issues across servers, virtualization, networking, firewalls, cloud platforms, and backup systems for our managed services clients.</p><p><br>
Beyond resolving tough problems, you&rsquo;ll help strengthen our environment by identifying root causes, reducing recurring incidents, improving documentation and standards, and contributing to automation efforts. This position requires someone who is highly technical, calm under pressure, and committed to delivering a great customer experience.</p><p><br>
While you may provide technical insight for projects or solution design, your primary focus is advanced service delivery and escalation support. Larger implementations and formal project work are typically handled by Account Management or Solutions Engineering unless specifically assigned. A key part of this role is recognizing when an issue moves beyond support scope and ensuring it is transitioned appropriately.</p><p></p><p><b><br>
Requirements:</b></p>

<li>Strong understanding of networking and security concepts, including firewalls, routing, switching, VPNs, VLANs, access control, and network troubleshooting</li>
