You will work closely with the technical and product teams to resolve issues quickly. Your support will directly impact client satisfaction and retention.</p><ul><li>You will interact with clients to understand and resolve HRMS-related queries.</li><li>You will provide technical and functional support through calls and emails.</li><li>You will guide clients on system features, modules, and best practices.</li><li>You will coordinate with internal teams to escalate and resolve issues</li><li>You will maintain records of client interactions and follow up when needed.</li></ul><p><b>Required Skills and Knowledge</b></p><p>We are looking for someone who communicates clearly and handles client concerns with patience. You should be comfortable explaining technical concepts in simple words. A strong sense of responsibility is essential. You must be willing to learn the HRMS platform in detail.
