</b></p><div><p>The Digital Media Strategy &amp; Planning Manager I will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid digital media campaigns for live entertainment events, covering sports, concerts, and theatre. This role is responsible for translating business goals into effective data-driven media strategies, managing external partners and internal stakeholders, and maintaining a deep understanding of digital media platforms to champion success in growing ticket sales.

</b></p><ul><li><p>Develop and presents full-funnel, data-driven media strategies aligned with event goals and audience insights
</p></li><li><p>Oversee campaign execution across platforms, ensuring delivery, pacing, and performance are aligned to KPIs
</p></li><li><p>Lead reporting strategy and works closely with analytics teams to generate insights and recommendations

</b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field
</p></li><li><p>4+ years of experience in digital paid media
</p></li><li><p>Moderate to deep experience with at least on major media platform or tool, such as:

 </p></li><li><p>Search: Google Ads
 </p></li><li><p>Social: Meta Business Manager
 </p></li><li><p>Programmatic: theTradeDesk or Digital Video 360

</p></li><li><p>Proven ability to manage campaigns end-to-end across multiple digital platforms
