Define, implement, and validate structured data layers (e.g., ecommerce and content interactions), and troubleshoot tracking using GTM Preview, GA4 DebugView, and browser-based developer tools</li><li>
Configure GA4 custom definitions and build actionable analyses using GA4 Explorations, rather than relying solely on default dashboards</li><li>
Identify data discrepancies, validate event schemas, diagnose tracking issues, and clearly explain GA4 data behavior to both technical and non-technical stakeholders</li></ul><br>

What We&rsquo;re Looking For</b><ul><li>
2+ years of GA4 experience with a deep expertise in GA4&rsquo;s event-based measurement model</li><li>
Hands-on experience implementing GA4 for web properties</li><li>
Strong understanding of GA4 conversions, attribution models, event deduplication, and how GA4 differs from UA in session logic and funnel analysis</li><li>
Experience designing and debugging data layers</li><li>
Proficiency with custom dimensions, custom metrics, and advanced reporting</li><li>
Working knowledge of conversion modeling and attribution</li><li>
Strong QA, validation, and troubleshooting skills</li><li>
Minimum of 3 years&rsquo; experience working at/for a Digital Marketing Agency</li><li>
Experience with Adobe Analytics or Adobe Customer Journey (CJA) is a plus</li><li>
Ability to work approximately 20 hours per week based on business needs and mutual fit</li></ul><br>
