Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
30% Strategy and Planning: Organizes, plans and performs asset protection activities within the assigned location(s) for topics such as shrink, and safety awareness programs, merchandise accuracy audits, training, development and execution of those programs; Implements strategic asset protection plans in partnership with building leadership, and provides support to the leadership team related to improving overall performance as it relates to shrink, safety, accuracy and regulatory compliance</li><li>
30% Delivery and Execution: Participates in the decision making process with leadership relating to decisions about shrink, safety, accuracy, and regulatory compliance. Discusses concerns as they arise with the GM, and HRM. DC Asset Protection Manager

<div>Position Purpose:
The DC Operations Manager is responsible for the success of assigned functions within a complex distribution center environment to ensure that it is an outstanding place to work. The DC Operations Manager may be responsible for the supervision of one or more of the following: Inbound Operations (Unloading and Receiving), Warehouse Operations (Pick-Pack, Break-Pack), Outbound Operations (Loading), Transportation Operations (Yard, Carrier Relations) and/or Office Operations (e.g., Transportation Coordinators, Customer Service Associates, General Office Associates). </ul>OUR REQUIREMENTS
<ul><li>Experience within a Design firm or high-end furniture and luxury retail preferred</li>
<li>Art, Architecture or Interior Design and relevant experience preferred</li>
<li>People and relationship driven</li>

<li>Results-oriented</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>Proficiency with Mac Operating System, IOS devices, Microsoft Office and Google Applications</li>
</ul>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
<ul><li>Ability to lift and mobilize small to medium items up to 25 lbs. while utilizing appropriate equipment and techniques</li>
<li>Ability to maneuver effectively around Gallery floor, stock room and office</li>
<li>Position entails prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending and climbing</li>
<li>Licensed to drive preferred</li>
<li>Ability to travel locally or out of state</li>
