Minimum Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED.<br>
Technical degree in related field is preferred.</div><div>
Current universal refrigeration license and /or other trade licenses as required.</div><div>
Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience.</div><div>
Principles of carpentry, plumbing, painting, and electrical work.<br>
Principles of heating, ventilation and cooling systems.<br>
Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills.<br>
Ability to prioritize tasks, work effectively under stress, and meet short deadlines.<br>
Demonstrates a professional demeanor, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.<br>
Good communication skills (oral and written).<br>
Must be punctual and dependable.<br>
