 Deal Sourcing &amp; Evaluation

 Conduct market, competitor, and sector research to support deal origination.

 Maintain relationships with investment banks, advisors, and industry contacts.

 Financial Analysis &amp; Valuation

 Experience and Qualifications
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 15 years&rsquo; experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in multiple M&amp;A or transaction related projects in the past with experience and knowledge of valuations, deal financial structuring and supporting price negotiations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Business planning experience and knowledge critical with strong foundation in valuation techniques including DCF, comparable based models, private vs. public valuations, IPOs and private equity analyses.
 </li>
 <li>
 Deep expertise in business valuation for public and private business
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of telecom market developments, financials and industry trends including wireless technologies, wireline technologies and infrastructure assets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Able to synthesize business modelling and telecom industry knowledge to create financial models together with recommendations and succinct, clear summary presentations to key decision makers in Ooredoo.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience running end to end M&amp;A processes
 </li>
 <li>
 A bachelor&rsquo;s degree from a respected institution.
 </li>
 <li>
 A master or MBA from a respected institution.
 </li>
