Leadership &amp; Organizational Contribution<ul><li>
Serve as an integral, active member of the AI Studio team, contributing not only to day-to-day work but also strategic planning and company culture.</li><li>
Represent AI Studio with the highest degree of professionalism, integrity, and brand alignment in all settings - internal and external.</li><li>
Build and nurture relationships with credit union executives, fintech partners, solution providers, and industry associations on behalf of AI Studio.</li><li>
Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and execution excellence.</li><li>
Perform other duties as required in support of AI Studio's mission and growth objectives.</li></ul>
Qualifications
Education &amp; Experience<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field plus a minimum of 7 years of progressive marketing and communications leadership experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role in a credit union or start up environment. OR High School Diploma or equivalent plus a minimum of 12 years of progressive marketing and communications leadership experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role in a credit union or start up environment. Master's degree preferred.</li><li>
Demonstrated experience marketing within the financial services, fintech, or credit union industry strongly preferred.</li><li>
Proven track record of building and scaling brand presence for a growing organization.</li></ul>

Brand Strategy: Deep expertise in brand development, positioning, and management &mdash; with a demonstrated ability to differentiate a challenger brand in a competitive market.</li><li>
Digital Marketing: Strong command of SEO/SEM, content marketing, email marketing, social media, and digital analytics platforms.</li><li>
Communications: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to distill complex AI and technology concepts into compelling, accessible narratives for diverse audiences.</li><li>
AI Fluency: Working knowledge of AI-powered tools and a genuine enthusiasm for integrating emerging technology into marketing operations.</li><li>
Thought Leadership: Experience developing executive content programs, including LinkedIn strategy, conference presentations, and industry publications.</li><li>
Analytics &amp; Reporting: Strong analytical capability with experience presenting marketing performance and company KPIs to board-level audiences.</li><li>
Executive Presence: Polished, credible, and confident in high-stakes settings - including conferences, partner meetings, and media engagements.</li><li>
