About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist to develop data models, dashboards, analytical reports, and predictive solutions that support management decision-making and digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement data models and analytical solutions.
- Build interactive Power BI dashboards and management reports.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, insights, and business opportunities.
- Develop predictive models using Python, SQL, and Machine Learning techniques.
- Define and monitor KPIs and performance indicators.
- Translate business requirements into data-driven solutions.
- Support digital transformation and data-driven decision-making initiatives.
- Prepare analytical reports and presentations for management.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency.
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders on data projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Master's degree is preferred.
- 6–10 years of relevant experience in Data Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI and Data Analytics.
- Strong knowledge of Python and SQL.
- Experience with Machine Learning and predictive analytics.
- Experience developing dashboards, KPI reports, and analytical models.
- Data Science, AI, or related professional certifications are preferred.
- Experience with government organizations or digital transformation projects is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Qatar/GCC experience is an advantage.
