Position Summary
The bartender is enthusiastic and provides excellent guest experience by creating classic and innovative drinks exceeding guest needs and expectations during the dining experience.
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Handle all preparation of bar products, mixing ingredients, and serving drinks</li><li>
Ensure solid product knowledge of all items being sold</li><li>
Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, requests identification, and adhere to all alcohol service policies and procedures</li><li>
Perform clean up duties to maintain the quality appearance of the work area, including cleaning equipment</li><li>
Perform breakdown of all products and supplies that are pulled and return product to the appropriate storage location</li></ul>
Requirements:
<ul><li>2+ year bartending experience in an upscale full-service restaurant including a full-service bar</li><li>
2+ year experience mixing craft cocktails from scratch</li><li>
Must have completed alcohol service training &ndash; TIPS certification</li><li>
Must comply with all COVID-19 safety procedures as required</li><li>
Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment</li><li>
Ability to be organized</li><li>

Responsibilities &amp; Client &amp; Business Development Support
<ul><li>Coordinating client meetings (scheduling, agendas, prep materials, follow-ups)
</li><li>Formatting and assembling proposals, SOQs, presentations, and client-ready documents
</li><li>Managing contact lists and post-meeting/event follow-up tracking
</li><li>Supporting conference, client dinner, and site visit logistics
</li><li>This would help ensure consistency in client experience while freeing up senior staff to stay focused on relationship-building and strategy.

<ul><li>Assisting with proposal logistics (inputs, resumes, project sheets, deadlines)

</li></ul>Office &amp; Culture Support (as needed)

</li></ul><div>Skills, Experience and Competencies:
 
<ul><li>Grade 12 diploma; secretarial certificate/diploma considered an asset.
</li><li>Minimum 1-5 years previous work experience in an administrative support role.
</li><li>Ability to carry out tasks independently if necessary; general knowledge working with various correspondence including: reports, tables, letters, memos and Adobe.
</li><li>Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Acrobat Writer).
</li><li>Strong command of the English language, grammar, written and verbal, is required.
</li><li>Independently driven with the ability to make independent decisions on various aspects of document production.
</li><li>Effective problem-solving skills.
</li><li>Excellent prioritization and multi-tasking skills are required.
