The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to our consultants and management team, acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and reliable individual to contribute to a thriving consulting environment. Responsibilities  <ul><li>Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.</li><li>Organise and coordinate meetings, conferences, and company events.</li><li>Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.</li><li>Handle incoming calls and emails, directing enquiries to the appropriate person.</li><li>Maintain an organised and efficient digital and physical filing system.</li><li>Monitor and order office supplies and ensure the office is well-maintained.</li><li>Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing expense reports and invoices.</li><li>Provide general administrative support to the wider team as required.</li></ul>Qualifications  <ul><li>Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or in a similar office support role.</li><li>Exceptional proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).</li><li>Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.</li><li>A high level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills.</li><li>The ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.</li><li>A proactive attitude and the capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.</li><li>A minimum of a high school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.</li></ul>
