Role Overview

Oversee annual capital budgets and capital projects, ensuring alignment with business priorities, timelines, and approved funding</li><li>
Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including Executive Leadership, Legal, Real Estate, Finance, FP&amp;A, IT, landlords, property managers, and service providers</li><li>
Lead facilities planning, design, space management, and workplace initiatives, including enhancements that improve functionality, efficiency, and overall employee experience</li><li>
Ensure compliance with all applicable legal requirements, building standards, and local regulations across RSC locations; serve as a subject matter expert in facilities and construction practices</li><li>
Drive a high-quality employee experience through proactive, high-touch customer service, effective escalation management, and the establishment of KPIs and governance frameworks to measure service delivery, timeliness, and satisfaction</li></ul>
Skills &amp; Qualifications:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or diploma in business, real estate, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience</li><li>
8+ years of office and/or facilities management experience, preferably supporting multiple locations across North America</li><li>
Strong organizational, project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, schedules, and budgets to deliver results on time</li><li>
Proven ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment; self-directed, proactive, and quick to learn new processes and procedures</li><li>
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to lead meetings and clearly report progress against action plans, timelines, and budgets</li><li>
Demonstrated success building collaborative relationships with cross-functional partners and stakeholders at all organizational levels</li><li>
High attention to detail with a track record of producing accurate, high-quality work and documentation</li><li>
Flexibility to support varying work hours, including occasional evenings or weekends, in response to urgent facilities or equipment issues</li><li>
Willingness to travel frequently within the U.S. and Canada (up to 30%)</li><li>
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ticket management systems preferred</li></ul>
