Job Description 
<ul><li>
Oversee full laundry operations supporting 567 rooms, 11 meeting rooms, 1 ballroom, recreation and sports club facilities, and 15 restaurants.</li><li>
Drive business growth through effective management and expansion of laundry services, including the existing three outlets, development of new outlets, and implementation of innovative ideas.</li><li>
Ensure efficient processing and timely distribution of linens, uniforms, and guest laundry across all departments.</li><li>
Maintain strict hygiene, cleanliness, and quality standards across all laundry operations.</li><li>
Manage and control linen inventory to meet operational requirements for rooms, F&amp;B outlets, and events.</li><li>
Develop, implement, and enforce standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and operational efficiency.</li><li>
Lead, train, and develop the laundry team to drive productivity and service excellence.</li><li>
Plan and manage staff schedules in line with occupancy levels and operational demands.</li><li>
Prepare, monitor, and control the department budget to ensure cost effectiveness.</li><li>
Optimize the use of chemicals, water, and energy in line with sustainability goals.</li><li>
Ensure proper maintenance and optimal performance of all laundry equipment.</li><li>
Coordinate with Engineering for preventive maintenance and timely repairs.</li><li>
Oversee guest laundry services, ensuring prompt handling and resolution of any issues.</li><li>
Collaborate closely with Housekeeping, Events, and Food &amp; Beverage teams to support seamless operations.</li><li>
Monitor operational performance, analyze key metrics, and implement continuous improvement strategies.</li></ul> 

Qualifications 
<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.</li><li>
Minimum 5&ndash;7 years of experience in laundry operations within a hotel environment, with at least 2&ndash;3 years in a managerial role.</li><li>
Proven experience managing large-scale hotel laundry operations with high-volume demands.</li><li>
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, train, and motivate teams.</li><li>
Solid knowledge of laundry equipment, chemicals, and fabric care standards.</li><li>
Experience in budgeting, cost control, and financial management.</li><li>
Ability to develop and implement standard operating procedures and maintain quality standards.</li><li>
Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.</li><li>
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.</li><li>
