The ideal candidate is proactive and possesses a strong foundation in clerical and administrative tasks.QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li>Good organizational and interpersonal skills</li><li>Good written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Good computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with strong skills in Word and Excel</li><li>Good proofreading skills</li><li>Substantial experience with real estate business and contracts</li><li>Familiarity with real estate data services (e.g., CoStar, LandVision, Reonomy, Rethink+ CRM)</li><li>Familiarity with internet searches and web sites</li><li>Some marketing experience / AI a plus</li></ul>RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>Provide general administrative support for several brokers, who are independent contractors with Ackerman &amp; Co., in general &ndash; typing, filing, handling telephone calls, DocuSign and other business needs</li><li>Prepare regular reports to clients, as required</li><li>Maintain updated hard copy and network (computer) files of all real estate contracts; make contractual changes as required</li><li>Prepare commission vouchers and property comparison charts</li><li>Perform property and tenant reports from subscription data sources (CoStar property and tenant, etc.)</li><li>Provide support for special projects, such as large mailings, proposals, and presentations</li><li>Willing to learn specialized software and other skills, if required</li><li>Willing to accept additional responsibilities as required, including reception duties and mailroom duties</li></ul>Join us as a Brokerage Administrative Assistant and become an essential part of our energetic team!
