Job Requirements:<ul><li>
Must have Bachelor&rsquo;s degree from an accredited college or university as well as a valid driver&rsquo;s license and safe driving record.</li><li>
Must have 1+ years of documented success in B2B sales experience required; previous sales experience in pharmaceuticals, biologics, and/or medical device sales preferred</li><li>
Antipsychotic, and/or bi-polar sales experience is a plus.</li><li>
Must have strong desire and passion for improving the lives of patients and their caregivers. Ideal candidate emulates patient-centricity.</li><li>
Must act with high integrity and always in accordance with the Company&rsquo;s Compliance policies and procedures.</li><li>
Must have strong sense of self-motivation, initiative, and entrepreneurial thirst, excellent decision-making judgment, strong teaming/collaboration and cross-functional skills.</li><li>
A proven track record of success in learning and adapting to an evolving environment such as Covid-19 in order to overcome obstacles and challenges.</li><li>
Must have ability to be agile and adapt to the changing telemedicine/virtual environment.</li><li>
Ability to analyze data/metrics to assess progress against objectives as well as diagnose performance issues and identify new opportunities.</li><li>
Must have strong verbal, presentation, and listening skills.</li><li>
Experience establishing new customer relationships and communicating technical information to a diverse customer audience.</li><li>
Work hours may include meetings scheduled outside of normal working hours.</li><li>
Territories may require some overnight travel depending on geography.</li><li>
Some domestic travel to corporate headquarters, training and sales meetings will also be required on a periodic basis.</li><li>

Salary range for this position: $79,000 - $130,000

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company&rsquo;s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). 
 
This position is eligible to participate in the Company&rsquo;s long-term incentive program. 
 
Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits: 
 
Vacation &ndash;120 hours per calendar year 
 
Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado &ndash;48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington &ndash;56 hours per calendar year 
 
Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays &ndash;13 days per calendar year 
 
Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year 
 
Parental Leave &ndash; 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child 
 
Bereavement Leave &ndash; 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year 
 
Caregiver Leave &ndash; 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days
