Visual Merchandising:<ul><li>
In partnership with visual merchandising team, ensure store visual standards are met and maintained</li><li>
Support the Visual Team in planning and performing any necessary changes in visual environment</li><li>
Review sales frequently and take action on visual merchandising to improve sales</li></ul>
People Management:<ul><li>
Develop, train, and continuously motivate associates towards achieving and exceeding sales objectives</li><li>
Lead the recruitment process; build a talent pipeline through networking and competitive shopping</li><li>
Provide guidance to associates; deliver constructive feedback and learning opportunities through coaching conversations</li><li>
Oversee performance process for all associates and assist in establishing goals/objectives</li><li>
Build development plans for all employees; identify and create action plans</li><li>
Ensure a consistent and seamless onboarding experience for all new hires</li><li>
Schedule effectively to drive sales and manage the allocation of staff resources</li><li>
Partner with Regional Manager and Human Resources for all employee relations issues to ensure effective course of action</li><li>

Operations:<ul><li>
Manage the day-to-day operations of the store to ensure the store meets key performance indicators and profit and loss expectations</li><li>
Maintain inventory accuracy and shrink rates within company standards by regularly following up with operations and implementing initiatives as needed</li><li>
Maintain store operating budget while aiming to reduce overall cost</li><li>
Comply with all Loss Prevention audits, cycle counts, incident reporting and inventory reconciliations to ensure annual inventory shrinkage is below company target</li><li>
Oversee the processing of incoming and outbound merchandise requests and shipments</li><li>
Develop accurate monthly schedules by analyzing peak hours to ensure adequate floor coverage and timely submission of payroll records for all employees</li><li>
Uphold company and store standards, policies and procedures</li></ul>
QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li>
8+ years&rsquo; retail experience</li><li>
Minimum of 3+ years&rsquo; experience managing others within a customer service environment required</li><li>
Proven record of motivating, developing, and coaching team members</li><li>
Strong analytical skills - ability to analyze retail KPI&rsquo;s and on-floor behaviors</li><li>
Ability to analyze selling reports, identify business trends, and react quickly to the needs of the business</li><li>
Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills</li><li>
Excellent organizational, follow-up, and time management skills</li><li>

SALARY &amp; BENEFITS/WHAT WE OFFER:
The compensation for this position ranges from $120,000 - $130,000 (annually) plus bonus. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidate&rsquo;s relevant skills and experience.
