<b>Responsibilities</b></div>
<ul><li>Provide skin and body treatments including waxing, makeup application, and facial massage.</li>
<li>Advise clients on skin care options and best practices</li>
<li>Greet clients in a warm and friendly manner and develop rapport</li>
<li>Maintain an organized schedule, including scheduling, confirming, and canceling appointments</li>
<li>Ensure all equipment and treatment areas are cleaned and maintained to meet or exceed safety standards</li>

<ul><li>Valid esthetician&rsquo;s license</li>
<li>Proven experience as an esthetician is preferred</li>
<li>Experience in the use of skin care equipment such as Cryoskin or Hydrafacial is preferred but not required</li>
<li>Deep understanding of skin care techniques</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li>

   Deliver safe, high-quality aesthetic treatments including tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and at-home facials
  </li>
  <li>
   Complete required live neurotoxin injectables training
  </li>
  <li>
   Take advantage of comprehensive virtual training covering chemical peels, microneedling, skincare, and at-home facial techniques
  </li>
  <li>
   Treat clients through Pinch marketing as well as your own personal network
  </li>
  <li>
   Offer appointment availability that works for you, averaging 4 to 24 hours per week
  </li>
  <li>
   Manage products and supplies responsibly
  </li>
  <li>
   Keep accurate and timely client records
  </li>
  <li>
   Follow Pinch protocols and best practices
  </li>
  <li>
   Collaborate with fellow Providers and the Pinch team for support
  </li>
  <li>
   Utilize Pinch marketing tools to retain clients, complete patient outreach, and grow your business
