The Senior NP manages patients across two neurosurgical subspecialties, the Functional Program and the Brain Tumor Program. This includes intracranial pathologies, including brain tumors and other neoplasms, as well as patients undergoing evaluation and treatment for functional neurosurgical disorders (eg: Parkinson&rsquo;s disease, essential tremor, epilepsy). Responsibilities will include assessment, coordination of diagnostic workups, perioperative optimization, longitudinal follow-up care, patient and family education, and close collaboration with surgical, oncology, neurology, and allied health teams to ensure continuity and excellence in care. Additionally, as a key stakeholder in the success of these programs, the Nurse Practitioner collaborates with interdisciplinary team members, supports quality improvement initiatives, and helps drive strategic goals. <li>Comfortable using EHR systems and virtual platforms</li>
