Responsible for hiring, training, and supervising all housekeeping staff in coordination with Assistant General Manager.</li><li>

Inspect all areas daily for cleanliness and adherence to Legacy/brand standards.</li><li>
Ensure that all guest rooms cleaned to appropriate standards and inspected after they have been cleaned daily.</li><li>
Schedule and manage ongoing deep cleaning activities and special projects weekly.</li><li>
Handles guest questions and comments in a friendly and courteous manner. Ensure guest requests are accommodated within 15 minutes.</li><li>
Schedule housekeeping staff in accordance with occupancy forecasts.</li><li>
Report all discrepancies found on the night auditor&rsquo;s room report. Reports all incidents or strange occurrences that could be an indication of misconduct or illegal activity. Ensure that all key cards are returned to the secure designated area or front desk.</li><li>
Maintain lost &amp; found and records associated with it daily.</li><li>
Control all linen and uniforms. Takes monthly inventories of all linen; order required linen and supplies when necessary with the approval of General Manager.</li><li>
Knowledge of other departments, willingness to help &ndash; a team player.</li><li>
Act a liaison between front desk and housekeeping, and maintenance and housekeeping.</li><li>
Interact with internal and external customers in a positive, professional and accommodating manner, leading by example.</li><li>
Reward, discipline, and evaluate staff in a timely manner. Conduct annual performance evaluations.</li><li>
Knowledge of OSHA procedures and training.</li><li>
Must be responsible for security of guests, fellow employees and hotel assets.</li><li>

<li>Arranges all travel, transportation and accommodations, and develops comprehensive and detailed itineraries as needed</li>
<li>Prepares detailed and timely expense reports to accurately capture expenses in alignment with CMG&rsquo;s Travel and Expense policy</li>
<li>Collects and analyzes data and prepares documents, PowerPoint presentations, reports and spreadsheets</li>
