We are seeking Assistant - Seniors to join our Accounting Compliance and Reporting (ACR) team in Istanbul and to work in the Customer Office located in &Uuml;mraniye, with the following qualifications: 
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Connecting the outsourced accounting data entry team with the local accounting and shared service center teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.</li><li>
Providing ongoing support to the client&rsquo;s local accounting team during the month-end close process to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.</li><li>
Assisting the local accounting team in preparing monthly and annual declaration data (VAT-1, VAT-2, Withholding, Stamp, GEKAP, Provisional Tax, and Corporate Tax) to ensure compliance with tax regulations.</li><li>
Conducting a thorough reconciliation of all bank accounts to ensure financial integrity and accuracy (SAP system).</li><li>
Reviewing broker fee entries.</li><li>
Reviewing POs (invoices with PO numbers and open invoices), contacting relevant persons, and correcting any errors.</li><li>
Ensuring that E-Invoice (Purchase) distributions are made completely.</li><li>
Entering customs duty payment requests from the Supply Chain team in the bank system.</li><li>
Reconciling with PO owners and uploading the file to the system so that PO provisions can be received correctly.</li><li>
Checking commission invoices on an invoice-by-invoice basis to ensure that they align with the file prepared by Commex.</li><li>
Checking weekly payment lists and confirming payments with the relevant parties.</li><li>
Making vendor reconciliations when necessary.</li><li>
Supporting other US GAAP and Local GAAP transactions when necessary.</li><li>
Performing and reviewing daily accounting transactions of clients.</li><li>

 End-to-end monitoring of the planning, organization, and implementation processes of training programs
 </li>
 <li>
 Organizing trainers, planning training rooms and dates, coordinating transportation to the training center, ensuring uninterrupted supply of necessary stationery, checking the system hardware in the training room, creating system records, managing participants, and ensuring evaluation forms are completed in full
 </li>
 <li>
 Sending training invitations and announcements to participants on time
 </li>
 <li>
 Providing trainers with complete information about the logistical needs of the training they will deliver and transportation to the training center, accommodation, meals, etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitoring the completion of &ldquo;Participant Evaluation Forms&rdquo; by participants, analyzing and reporting on the forms, and entering them into the system
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitoring training attendance, recording attendance status in the system, following up on excuses and issuing warnings when necessary
 </li>
 <li>
 Checking individuals who do not attend training without excuse, preparing cost reports, and following up on related form processes
 </li>
 <li>
 Following up on the survey processes of training programs
 </li>
 <li>
 Organizing exams that can be conducted within the scope of training
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitoring the budget for training programs, managing the entire contract and invoicing process
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensuring coordination with trainers, suppliers, and business units to maintain high quality standards
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensuring all necessary documents (non-bank forms, residency documents, etc.) are obtained for all invoice payments to be made during the training process
 </li>
 <li>
 Evaluating expense reports
 </li>
 <li>
 Tracking contract processes, purchasing, spending, and accounting processes from start to finish
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensuring that contracts with trainers and training companies are correct and complete
 </li>
 <li>
 Establishing effective written and/or verbal communication in the flow of information within and outside the department and in coordination with training centers
 </li>
 <li>
 Periodic reporting on matters within the scope of responsibility
 </li>
 <li>
 Reporting annual expenses within the scope of training participation of other group companies
 </li>
