 Responsibilities

 Manage real estate, facilities, asset maintenance, issue identification and resolution, and performance KPIs for the local market
 </li>

 Oversee building and facilities maintenance, asset management, and audits of 3rd-party maintenance contracts

 Manage the launch, relocation, and revamp of dark stores, including site scouting, execution, and handover
 </li>

 Supervise contractors on budgets, specialties, and project execution; conduct site visits to ensure quality and timeliness

 Handle and maintain permits, licenses, and municipal approvals in the system; ensure compliance with zoning, safety, and environmental regulations
