The program focuses on improving maternal health, supporting healthy pregnancy outcomes, and promoting the health and development of children from pregnancy through the child&rsquo;s second birthday. The Supervisor is responsible for ensuring program fidelity to the NFP model while supporting staff through reflective supervision, coaching, and professional development. This position also serves as a key member of the site leadership team, collaborating with community partners, healthcare providers, and social service agencies to strengthen services for families. Applicants that do not have previous oncology experience will be provided additional training and support</li><li>
Current BLS AHA Health Provider Card (or equivalent course, such as by the American Red Cross) and renewal required every two years</li><li>
