 The Logistics Management division of the Production Department is a vital component to the success and production of every event.  Duties/Responsibilities

 Work in alignment with multiple Spartan departments. Race Management including the Event Planning Manager, Event Director, Construction Manager, Festival Manager, Base Camp Manager, and Staff Support Manager to ensure all inventory and race specific equipment needs are met.
 </li>

 Work each scheduled event from the beginning planning stages remotely to the full cycle (12 days) on the ground POC for all deliveries and inventories, to all post event wrap up of outbound shipments, recording of payments, and any outstanding duties related to event alongside the event planning team
 </li>

 Attending required planning meetings providing ongoing tasks and updates to panel answering questions accordingly alongside the planning team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage the Procurement Delivery Document, from start to finish, ensuring all departments update and input information properly and in a timely manner, tracking all incoming shipments and deliveries, making sure the document is up to date daily.
 </li>
 <li>
 The procurement of Fuel, Toilets, Dumpsters, Water needs, event specific items for the Production Team, online orders, etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Working with the Planning team and (Finance/AP Team/&hellip;) submitting quotes and invoices making sure parties involved are aware of expenses and purchases and that such align with the event budget.

 Track and receive all event specific deliveries, follow up on order discrepancies, send EOD report to management with updates of the day&rsquo;s deliveries and issues.

 Manage all outbound shipping needs including packaging and palletizing shipments for small parcels, LTL, FTL, etc.

Chewy is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst II to support Merchandising and Supply Chain leadership by owning the operational metrics used to manage Dropship performance and Delivery Experience outcomes. This role sits at the intersection of data, operations, and decision-making, ensuring leaders have accurate, timely, and actionable insights to run the business. The ideal candidate is not just a report builder. They take end-to-end ownership of metrics, understand how data connects to customer impact and operational tradeoffs, and proactively surface risks and opportunities across the Dropship network.
What You'll Do:
This role owns analytics and operational metrics for Chewy&rsquo;s Dropship business, a distinct fulfillment channel with different cost structures, risk profiles, and customer experience dynamics than Core Fulfillment Network. You will support Merchandising and Supply Chain leadership by providing the metrics and insights used to manage vendor execution, delivery performance, and customer outcomes at scale.
Day to day, you will investigate complex, ambiguous data questions specific to Dropship, connect vendor behavior to delivery and CX outcomes, and translate findings into clear narratives that drive action. This is a high-visibility role with direct exposure to leadership decisions around vendor strategy, network risk, and customer experience tradeoffs.
What You'll Need:<ul><li>
A bachelor's, master&rsquo;s degree in information technology, engineering, statistics, computer science, business with analytics focus, or related field, or equivalent working experience.</li><li>
4 plus years of related full-time experience in an analyst role working on a business team, preferably in e-commerce or retail industry.</li><li>
Advanced knowledge of SQL and prior experience with data modelling and performance tuning techniques are a must-have.</li><li>
Experience with ETL techniques and BI tools (Tableau, KNIME, Control M, SSIS, Alteryx etc.) used for data transformation.</li><li>
Monitor data pipelines for accuracy, missing data, enhancements, and any other changes.</li><li>
Reconcile data issues between various systems and find opportunities drive improvements.</li><li>
Solid knowledge on using data visualization tools (preferably Tableau) working with multiple data sources and several dashboards.</li><li>
Lead quality control and testing initiatives for deliverables produced by Analytics team.</li><li>
Demonstrable success in interpreting data and analyzing results using statistical techniques and presenting findings to business partners across the organization.</li><li>
Experience applying statistical techniques such as hypothesis testing, correlation, classification, regression, and time series forecasting.</li><li>
Experience using machine learning frameworks in R or Python to drive process improvement is a big plus.</li><li>
Conceive, develop, and implement analytics solutions to complex business problems</li><li>
Work with cross-functional stakeholders in defining and documenting requirements for building high quality and impactful data products.</li><li>
Experience with Git, Jira, and Confluence to manage source code and track project development.</li><li>
Develop and deliver communication and training plans on data analytics capabilities, standards, and processes.</li><li>

The base salary range for this role is $87,000 - $130,000.<ul><li>
The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate&rsquo;s relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant. C08+ positions may also be eligible for annual bonus.</li></ul>

The Senior Manager, GxP Strategic Document Partner supports the Associate Director of GxP Quality Document and Records Management by managing, assessing, and delivering high-impact, compliant documents and records management solutions in alignment with quality objectives, regulatory standards, and business priorities.
 
 
The Senior Manager serves as a strategic document partner for assigned area(s) and/or quality system(s), leading document impact and needs analyses and partners with the business to lead Global document initiatives, supporting a functional document hierarchy which integrates the development, maintenance, and distribution of critical documents that support the organization&rsquo;s strategic goals and initiatives.
