 The main role of the team member will be to support Corporate Finance Capital Markets team in the origination and execution of ECM and DCM transactions. The successful candidate will have responsibilities in:

 Supporting the management in issuances of debt instruments and IPO&rsquo;s,

 Assisting the management in origination of new deals,
 </li>

 In-depth financial and commercial/sector analysis of companies and assets,
