Key job responsibilities<br>
<ul><li>Partner with stakeholders across Amazon and AWS to establish and maintain internal pricing structures that is sound and cost driven.</li><li>Lead cross-functional teams and processes to identify opportunities for cost optimization, developing analytical frameworks that deliver actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.</li><li>Analyze complex datasets to develop financial models that accurately forecast the impact of internal pricing decisions on P&amp;Ls.</li><li>Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement, creating scalable and auditable data analysis processes.</li><li>Good understanding of AWS Services and cost drivers.</li><li>Collaborate with Fintech and Finance teams to automate existing manual process at scale.</li><li>Collaborate with forecasting data science teams and Finance to improve cloud usage forecasting processes.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS</b></h2><ul><li>3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience</li><li>Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science), or Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of quantitative role (engineering, process re-engineering, quality assurance) experience</li><li>3+ years of contributing to cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance and strategy experience</li><li>3+ years of dissecting financial data and identifying patterns that support business strategy experience</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>

Senior Financial Analyst, AWS Internal Rates Team

Amazon One Medical is hiring a Finance Manager for our Senior Health Value Based Care position. Finance is critical to the success in our mission. We see the entire picture, and are a cornerstone to driving the right investments, maintaining controllership, and distilling down the right stories to push our business forward.<br>

The FM will be responsible for several important workstreams as we drive the financial health, investments and internal operations of One Medical. We are looking for leaders that have healthcare experience in Medicare or other government funded health insurance to support our internal and external partnerships, continue to build and enhance our Senior Health operations, or take on FP&amp;A workstreams.<br>

Key job responsibilities<br>
<ul><li>Ownership of monthly Medicare deep dives into variance drivers and reporting, including gathering, manipulating, analyzing, and exporting/importing data from internal data warehouse and payer provider portals, as well as providing variance analyses and report out to leadership.</li><li>Partner with the business and finance leaders to develop long-term strategies and new initiatives to delight our customers.</li><li>Partner with Business Intelligence, Science and FinTech to implement data driven reporting, and driver-based forecasting solutions utilizing internal systems and AI tools.</li></ul><br>
