Job Summary
CDW's Finance Rotational Program is a 2-year structured program that provides a comprehensive set of experiences and exposure designed to create future finance leaders by developing a strong foundation in business acumen, technical skills, and knowledge about CDW. What you will do:
Rotation responsibilities will vary depending on the Finance department. As you progress to the next rotation, you will enhance your skills and knowledge and continually acquire new and more complex proficiencies. Rotation responsibilities may include:<ul><li>
Accounting: Perform month-end close and related internal controls and analysis and implement business process improvements.</li><li>

</li><li>Five years related work experience in budget development and general accounting, including financial statement reporting, reconciliations, and internal controls.
</li><li>An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience is also considered.
</li></ul>Required Skills and Abilities<ul><li>
Excellent written and oral communication skills
</li><li>Proficiency with budget planning software (e.g., Workday Adaptive Insights) and accounting software (e.g. Sage Intacct)
</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
</li><li>Familiarity with payroll software and payroll regulations, Paylocity experience preferred
</li><li>Excellent organizational, planning, and follow-through capabilities; attention to detail
</li><li>Ability to multi-task and manage several projects simultaneously
</li><li>Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with co-workers, volunteer leaders, other organizations, and industry contacts, tact, diplomacy, and good judgment
</li><li>Positive attitude in the workplace
</li><li>Flexibility and adaptability to changing daily activities and schedules

Job Benefits:
The salary range for this role is $84,000 - $101,000 annually. Actual compensation will be dependent on a candidate&rsquo;s relevant experience, skills, training, certifications/licenses and qualifications.
