Assistant Outlet Manager - In Room Dining

We are looking for a seasoned and results-driven Food and Beverage Manager to oversee all F&amp;B operations at a leading hospitality venue. The successful candidate will have a strong background in managing high-end dining services, leading teams, and ensuring excellent guest satisfaction. This role is vital in upholding service excellence and driving operational performance across the department.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead, supervise, and inspire the food and beverage team to maintain exceptional service delivery</li><li>Oversee day-to-day operations including stock control, order management, and cleanliness of all service areas</li><li>Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all food and beverage offerings in alignment with brand expectations</li><li>Manage departmental budgets, controlling expenses while maximizing revenue</li><li>Address guest inquiries, feedback, or concerns professionally to ensure a positive dining experience</li><li>Organize and implement training programs to upskill staff in service etiquette and product knowledge</li><li>Ensure all operations follow safety, hygiene, and corporate compliance standards</li><li>Support planning and execution of events, banquets, and group functions</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 7-8 years of experience in a food and beverage leadership role, preferably within luxury Hotels or upscale hospitality</li><li>Strong team management and coordination skills</li><li>Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities</li><li>Solid knowledge of food service procedures, inventory management, and guest satisfaction strategies</li><li>Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred)</li></ul>Key Attributes:<ul><li>Hands-on leadership approach with a passion for service excellence</li><li>Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to manage diverse teams</li><li>Capable of working efficiently in fast-paced, high-demand environments</li><li>Attention to detail with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: QAR17,500.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Doha: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Food and Beverage Manager (Luxury Hotels)): 8 years (Required)</li></ul>
