Oversee the trade order entry process for hedge fund and affiliated strategies, including developing and maintaining procedures to ensure that clean orders are received by the trading desk.</li><li>
Coordinate the implementation of complex transactions across internal and external parties, including private equity transactions and complex derivatives trades.</li><li>
Lead a team of 3 to 5 Portfolio Implementation Specialists/Portfolio Management Assistants who are responsible for creating trade orders in the order management system based on portfolio manager instructions. Foster a collaborative, results-driven culture across the team. Set clear performance expectations, conduct regular evaluations and provide team with professional development opportunities.</li><li>
Represent the investment team in cross functional change initiatives, including client onboarding/offboarding/maintenance, product implementations and system implementations.</li><li>
Face off with key business partners (ex. Compliance, Legal, Middle Office Operations, Products, Tax, Accounting, Reporting, and Performance) on behalf of the investment team.</li><li>
Lead or participate in ad hoc projects supporting the portfolio management and portfolio implementation processes, including projects related to process automation.</li></ul><p><b><br>

Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent.</li><li>
Experience in the asset management industry, including experience with equities and derivatives. Equity hedge fund experience is strongly preferred.</li><li>
Experience using investment technology systems (ex. Bloomberg, Aladdin, accounting systems, attribution systems, etc.), preferably in the capacity of a subject matter expert or system administrator.</li><li>
