 Forbes service background highly preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Opera PMS and other front office systems
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication, problem-solving, and guest engagement skills

 Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced environments

 Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
