The APP will support the provision of maternal-fetal medicine care across the division's clinical practice, with a particular focus on providing full-scope prenatal care for patients who require transfer to MFM due to fetal needs (for example, in collaboration with the Chicago Institute for Fetal Health).</li><li>

<ul><li>Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OT
</li><li>Assist in implementing personalized care plans focused on functional goals
</li><li>Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes
</li><li>Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements
</li><li>Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date
 </li></ul>Qualifications:
<ul><li>Associate&rsquo;s degree from an AOTA-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
</li><li>Certified by the NBCOT as a COTA, if required by the state
</li><li>Current license as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state of practice
</li><li>Strong communication and organizational skills

 Medical Assistant

 Start time 930am/1000am to closing time 530/630pm
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Obtain patient's health history and accurately enter into Electronic Medical Record
 </li>
 <li>
 Set up and prepare exam room for patient visit to ensure cleanliness
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform any preliminary physical tests and obtain vitals
 </li>
 <li>
 Set up any additional diagnostic and/or treatment equipment
 </li>
 <li>
 Administer injections and perform phlebotomy as needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Complete all documentation pertaining to patient's medical record, test requests, medications and patient education with accuracy and timeliness
 </li>
 <li>
 May perform Scribe duties
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist the physician as directed
 </li>
 <li>
 Must work well in a team environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in a medical office setting and/or graduation from a certified Medical Assistant program is required
 </li>
 <li>
 Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) (Preferred)
 </li>
 <li>
 1+ years in a medical office
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with EMR system(s) and medical terminology is required
 </li>
 <li>
 Previous experience at an OBGYN office (Preferred)
