Typical work schedule will be Monday - Friday 530PM-230AM but may vary on business demand.
This position is responsible for providing an intermediate level of expertise in responding to work orders, troubleshooting, and providing emergency and preventive maintenance and repairs on the building equipment, fixtures and systems in a commercial Headquarters Campus environment.
Working under minimal supervision as a member of a self-directed work team, this is a multi-craft position that may perform equipment repairs and general non-licensed maintenance work, as well as support other licensed trades as directed. Responsibilities:<ul>

 Safely performs functions of the position including following proper safety guidelines such as job hazard analysis and lockout/tagout procedures and wearing PPE as required.</li>

Operates, maintains, and repairs all facility and production associated equipment in compliance with all company regulations and standards.</li>

Develops and implements planned maintenance procedures, performs job estimates, maintains spare parts inventory. Keeps stock persons informed as to parts consumed from inventory.</li>

Provides support to co-workers, contractors, vendors, project managers, building managers, and engineers as necessary to support project and renovation work.</li>

Complies with all governmental, company, and industrial regulations, codes, and standards, health safety practices, and permit systems.</li>

Performs preventive maintenance as scheduled in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).</li>
<li>
Responds and provides service and feedback to the customer on all work orders while assuring compliance to codes, regulations and industry standards.</li>

Recommends measures to improve maintenance methods and equipment performance.</li>
<li>
Operates various measuring, diagnostic and testing instruments to help provide energy efficiency solutions.</li>

Operates a variety of equipment such as hand tools, laptop computers and diagnostic hardware to perform work.</li>

Maintains a strict schedule in order to be successful in the assignment yet demonstrates flexibility in the day-to-day activities and scheduling for the benefit of the customer.</li>

Minimum Requirements<ul>

3 years&rsquo; maintenance experience in one of the following trades or demonstrated equivalent combination of education and experience: General Construction, Painting, General Maintenance</li>

Ability to pass a medical evaluation for respirator use and be able to successfully complete a fit test for several types of respirators.</li>
<li>
Ability to obtain a security access badge at our client&rsquo;s location.</li>
<li>
Ability to read and understand information contained in a variety of documents or displayed on a computer screen. Demonstrated fluency in computer use including the full Microsoft product line.</li>

Purpose:
The purpose of the Engineer in Charge position is to be responsible for the technical operation of a remote truck or road case or portion of either. Responsible for all resources in their assigned area of responsibility.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Direct and supervise remote crew of technical support employees in the performance of their respective responsibilities in accordance with organization and department policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Coordinates all technical aspects of remote operations to include camera and audio placement, set-up and break down.</li>
<li>Coordinates maintenance of equipment to peak performance levels. Routes to appropriate maintenance departments.</li>
<li>Ensure customer satisfaction with the assigned event or show.</li>
<li>Confirms schedules and manpower requirements are accurate before being sent to Travel Coordinator.</li>
<li>Ensures that all show requirements are met and properly billed.</li>
<li>Maintains dialogue with management on all show or crew changes.</li>
<li>Reports equipment failures and needed repairs. Posts technical reports to Project Server as required.</li>
<li>Act as a back-up field technician as needed.</li>
<li>Assigns tasks to remote crew using Microsoft Project.</li>
</ul>
Position Requirements:
<ul><li>High school diploma is required; technical degree is preferred.</li>
<li>Five (5) years&rsquo; experience with electronic troubleshooting, installation and repair is required; two (2) years&rsquo; experience in a television production environment is required.</li>
<li>Understanding of AC/DC and RF electronics.</li>
<li>Troubleshooting and reading schematics.</li>
<li>Good oral communication skills.</li>
<li>Excellent customer service skills.</li>
<li>Basic supervisory skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to rapidly changing demands.</li>
<li>Frequent travel to job sites which may require working both outside and inside in all kinds of weather. At times, temperatures may be below 50o F or may exceed 90o. There may also be occasional time in a repair shop environment, where the surroundings are relatively quiet, comfortable, and well lighted.</li>
<li>Ability to work with and interact with client on a regular basis.</li>
