 Identify hazards and implement risk?reduction measures throughout all project phases.

 Review method statements, JSAs, and third?party safety certifications (lifting, working at height, etc.) and report any deficiencies.

 Provide technical HSE support during EPIC stages to ensure contractor compliance with HSE plans, risk registers, policies, and regulations.

 Ensure adherence to HSE requirements covering fire safety, protection systems, life safety, emergency response, and communication systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support implementation of HSE performance monitoring, objectives, procedures, and standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor compliance with applicable HSE legal requirements, national regulations, and international conventions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain and update the Project HSE Risk Register, ensuring proper tracking and close?out of risks.
 </li>

 Review contractor HSE documents and evaluate Safety Officer qualifications before mobilization.
 </li>

 Conduct incident investigations and ensure timely close?out of corrective and preventive actions.
